  • Do I need a permit for demolition in Texas?
    Most cities and some counties require a permit for certain services. Tyler Ten will help you navigate the process and ensure all local requirements are met before starting the job.
     

  • How long does a residential demolition take?
    Most residential projects take 5-10 days depending on the scope of the work. Factors that will dictate the time required are: jobsite location, accessibility, type of foundation and siding material. We provide a timeline upfront during the quote process.
     

  • Can you remove a mobile home or garage?
    Absolutely. We handle mobile homes, garages, barns, sheds, and other small structures. We also clean the site so it’s ready for what comes next.
     

  • What happens to the debris after demolition?
    We haul off all construction debris unless otherwise requested. Materials are either disposed of or recycled in accordance with local guidelines. We will store landfill manifests in your client profile page for easy viewing and accessibility in the future, should you ever need evidence that material was disposed of legally.
